This was an amazing cooking class - one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. This was more than a very hands-on cooking class, but an experience that included visiting the garden where most of the ingredients are sourced and a visit to the...beautiful waterfall that irrigates the garden. Chef Leonardo and his wife Janey are wonderful hosts who really care about having an authentic experience and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We prepared 3 different pastas, including one with wild boar that Chef Leonardo hunted, a delicious lemon tiramisu and chicken with saffron from their garden. Chef Leonardo was patient and also focused on making sure I used the right techniques in preparing pasta - I definitely feel ready to prepare these dishes when I’m home. My only regret is that I did not have time for their multi-day classes but I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this incredibly special and delicious experience. More

My sister and I had a wonderful day learning who to cook Italian style, using home grown organic vegetables and local fare. Leonardo, Janey and Luigi are the perfect hosts, informative, friendly and often amusing, and they put their hearts into every thing they do....I would highly recommend, and would definitely book again, perhaps for a special gift for someone dear.
