What our customers say

  •   We went for a small family gathering for August 15th Ferragosto lunch, and what a fabulous spread we had! The food and drink was amazing and plentiful, and the welcome was wonderful. The restaurant was full, but the owners and staff were very friendly and...More

Sunday lunch today was amazing at Visconti's! As always made very welcome by Leonardo and Jaynie. Beautiful selection of appetisers, truffle pasta, basil infused pasta and the most amazing platter of chicken, lamb and roasted potatoes, followed of course by a delightful selection of desserts,...More

We came already at end of the season, there were few guests. The owner Leonardo and his family are extremely nice people. The food was simply great, fresh ingredients and well prepared (we didn't try out many different things). Service was quick and kind .The...More

  •   This was an amazing cooking class - one of the highlights of my trip to Italy. This was more than a very hands-on cooking class, but an experience that included visiting the garden where most of the ingredients are sourced and a visit to the...beautiful waterfall that irrigates the garden. Chef Leonardo and his wife Janey are wonderful hosts who really care about having an authentic experience and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We prepared 3 different pastas, including one with wild boar that Chef Leonardo hunted, a delicious lemon tiramisu and chicken with saffron from their garden. Chef Leonardo was patient and also focused on making sure I used the right techniques in preparing pasta - I definitely feel ready to prepare these dishes when I’m home. My only regret is that I did not have time for their multi-day classes but I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this incredibly special and delicious experience. More

My sister and I had a wonderful day learning who to cook Italian style, using home grown organic vegetables and local fare. Leonardo, Janey and Luigi are the perfect hosts, informative, friendly and often amusing, and they put their hearts into every thing they do....I would highly recommend, and would definitely book again, perhaps for a special gift for someone dear.
